This is one of my all time favorite quotes, it's from the show One Tree Hill. Not only do I think this quote is really relatable but this show is also a great show. 

Most of us hold our tongues and are either are too afraid to say what is on our mind or we think that we will always have other opportunities to say them. But that is something that we should change. If we have the chance to say something whether it's telling someone what they mean to you or telling them they matter or anything. Those words that you are holding back, they matter. It can help someone get through a hard day or it can even help you. Our words matter and our words can change things, the little comments that you don't think that matter, they do. But not only your words and thoughts but you, you matter. That is one thing that we have to remind ourselves and truly believe in. 

A Little About Me

Hey Guys! 

Okay so one of the questions we get while we are in school or in a job interview is, tell me a little bit about yourself?

Personally I never know  what to say, I automatically start to overthink it and say, "what about me do you want to know?"

or

"what is important about me to say?" 

Is there a right answer to that question? I wouldn't know. I feel like talking about oneself can be either really easy or really hard. For me it's really hard. So since I'm starting this new blog I decided I'm going to tell a little about myself.

1) I am hispanic, fluent in spanish 

2) I have taken french for 8 years now, je parle un peu français, mais comprendre plus. 

3) I love to travel, I haven't been ALL over but I was fortunate to travel to Europe and South America

4)I have 2 older brothers, the 3 of us could not be more different

5) My favorite season is winter, I love the cold

6) I dream of one day opening my own bakery

7) I love owls, I have so many owl decorations

8) I Love to laugh, and on the rare occasion when I make others laugh

9) My favorite place in the world, is Manhattan 

10) I am a hopeless romantic 

11) I am very sentimental 

12) My favorite number is 12, whenever I make a list I will try to make it to 12

Well these are a few things about me that popped into my head. Hopefully this lets you know a little more about me!

1st Blog

Hey guys! 

I'm going to start blogging, hopefully daily! But I want to make this an "old-school" type of blog. I want to spend more time writing about things in general, my personal life, things that I see are happening in "real life". Hopefully some of you will read this and like it. I guess the main reason on why I wanted to start a blog is because I personally feel I keep too many of my thoughts in and don't share much of what I have to say. By no means am I a professional blogger or writer, but I am someone who is willing to give things a try. How are we ever going to know what we are good at unless we try. Another thing that I hope to do is at the end of each of my blogs I want to end it with a quote or a scenery picture. I personally am, I guess a sentimental person? I look at some quotes and don't just brush it off, I read it and find that they are very meaningful. Well I think I am going to end this and see how this goes!
